Jewellery Workshop | Create a Brooch with Elfi Spiewack
Join us for a one-day workshop with contemporary jeweller, designer and artist Elfi Spiewack. Continually redefining the art of jewellery, Elfi is a German-born, Christchurch-based artist who seeks to reveal the inherent beauty of nature through wearable art.
By using traditional techniques and non-traditional materials, you will learn to design and create your very own brooch to take home.
Ages: 16+. Some crafting experience is of advantage but not essential.
All tools and most materials provided. Bring your own favourite found objects from the beach, the forest, or an urban environment. (Found objects could include dried seedpods, small pieces of driftwood, small rocks, or interesting looking materials).
