Aqua-jogging
Currently there are no Aqua-jogging classes available, however there are always lanes available for Aqua-jogging.
Deep Water Aqua Exercise (Evening)
A slightly more intense workout. You will feel the calorie burn and the benefits. Deep water exercise with a floatation belt is impact-free on your joints and allows acrobatic maneuvering of the body. This targets muscle groups, especially the core muscles in ways other exercise cannot.
Thursday evening 6.00pm to 6.45pm
Aqua Energy (Morning and Evening)
Aerobic exercise to up-beat music! A great workout in the shallow end of the main pool, tones muscles and improves general wellbeing. For those wanting a little bit more, who enjoy a high intensity workout, designed to increase strength and stamina, with the use of equipment that motivates you to help achieve your fitness goals.
Tuesday and Thursday 8.45am to 9.00am
Wednesday 6.00pm to 6.45pm
Aqua Gentle (Morning)
The emphasis is on giving it a go. You don't have to do the whole class - just do what you can.
Enjoy a low impact, designed to increase strength, co-ordination and mobility. This class is ideal for all levels and abilities, including those recovering from injury.
Come along for a look or get in and try it out!
