Walking tracks

There are some great walking tracks in Oamaru and around the beautiful Waitaki District.

Council owns and maintains some tracks, while the Department of Conservation and other organisations, like the North Otago Tramping Club and Mountain Biking North Otago, maintain many other walkways and tracks.
