This week the Minister of Transport and Minister for Disability Issues announced changes to Parking Infringement Fees and Towage Fees effective 1 October 2024.
This includes inflation related rises to many infringement fees, and the increase of fee for parking in an area reserved for disabled persons from $150 to $750.

Council will be implementing these fees as of October 1 2024.
